Add TaskMail from the store and sign in—then manage tasks right in Gmail.

Find TaskMail in the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. You keep using the same browser you already use every day.

Sign in to your account

Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or sign in with your Google account—whichever you’re offered on screen.

Add and update tasks in Gmail

From progress hints in your inbox or the panel beside an open message, link tasks to that email and update progress or notes.

Open an email and the TaskMail panel appears. Add tasks and log updates right there.

What environment does it run in?

TaskMail targets Gmail in Google Chrome at mail.google.com. As a Manifest V3 extension, other browsers aren’t supported. Your Chrome profile Google account should match the Gmail tab you’re using.

What can I do on the free plan?

You can try core features with limits on tasks, logs, snippets, teams, and members. Details follow in-app.

Teams, paid plans, and billing

Team workspaces, invites, Personal Pro, Starter, Team, and Business—and current limits—are defined in the extension UI. Subscribe, change, or cancel via Stripe from the in-extension billing flows. We don’t store full email bodies for reading; see the Privacy Policy.
